Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation; cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund with no charges, while cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur partial cancellation charges. If the driver has already arrived at the pickup location, the booking will be considered a last-minute cancellation and may be subject to full charges. In cases where a customer does not show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, it will be treated as a “no-show” and full charges may apply. If Ishani Cabs cancels a booking due to operational issues, driver unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances, customers will be entitled to a full refund without any deductions. Please note that cancellation terms for outstation bookings may differ based on trip type, duration, and specific service conditions, and customers are advised to review those details at the time of booking. Ishani Cabs reserves the right to monitor cancellation patterns, and repeated misuse of the cancellation policy or frequent last-minute cancellations may result in temporary or permanent suspension of booking privileges.
